Hey we see these kinds of posts frequently enough to suspect there are glitches. T
For me the glitches, frequency of such and potential effect on my seller metrics for late shipping were enough of a risk that I set up a "back-up plan." Signed up for a free account with PirateShip and now if eBay gets glitchy I can still print labels and ship and meet my handling times. That gives me time to nudge eBay or figure out why eBay labels don't work. Sure cut my stress by 90%!

I’ve been having problems. Sometimes, it takes 3 or 4 tries to get it to print. I do get my labels, but it’s frustrating. It’s taught me not to procrastinate getting them processed.

Another interpretation might be not to rely on just ONE vendor for your shipping labels. Have a back-up plan.
Just saying.

Yes, as of about a month ago my print dialog window will not print after clicking PRINT. Nothing in the print queue. If I cancel then go to the print option that brings up a PDF then it will print through the print dialog. It's not on my computer as I can print from the dialog window on everything else. And yes, I have cleared my cache and cookies and rebooted. I use an HP OJ All-in-one sheet-fed labels.
