Any reason I can't upgrade shipping to a buyer and not charge them for it?

I'd like to upgrade the shipping of one of my sold items. The buyer paid for Ground Advantage, but I'd like to change that to Priority and just absorb the cost. Is there any reason I can't do this? Also, do most sellers include a shipping paper with their order? How can I do that without having the shipping show?

I do it often.   You can always "up" the service, but should not "downgrade".

I do a "pick ticket" with my items. Shows what the item is, and the "ship to" buyer name/address.

I believe you can access it from the drop down next to the ite,

"Print packing slip and more"

Then select from the options "Pick List"

monica-sells route works, but I believe this way shows less info.

I go to my "all orders."

Over on the left is "shipping labels".

I click on that. It opens a page with already purchased labels.

Just above those items there is a spot to click on "pick list".

That is done before purchasing/printing a label for the item.
