Just a few minutes ago I upgraded shipping through eBay from 1st class to Priority Small Box flat rate on a sale that I made. Now all of a sudden it's not working. I'm trying to do it on other sales that need shipping today. I even tried changing package dimensions but everything automatically reverts back to the original info entered in the listing. I called eBay and the agent attempted to do it also and could not get it to work. She tried all of the different browsers and it still would not change any shipping info. She's filing a report on it. This is very frustrating!!!
