Another Ebay shipping issue.

First of all I would like to Thank the Moderator who read my last post concerning an unexpected surcharge on a UPS shipment. I'm sorry I missed your phone call, but I do appreciate the refund.

Now for today's problem, I am attempting to ship an order for multiple item to one address. The total weight being nearly 200lbs, so obviously I need more than one label. After calculating all the options I determined the most efficient way to ship would be in individual Regional rate boxes rather than struggling with multiple heavier boxes.  However, the shipping program is only permitting me to print five labels, I need 10. This is very frustrating. I have another option, an off site shipping service that is the only a few cents different in price, however I no longer have a way to add these tracking numbers to my order. I really wish Ebay would stop trying to micro manage my business.

Yes, ebay limits you to five labels and/or tracking numbers.  You will have to ship the additional boxes using a third party like PirateShip.

not an answer, just thinking out loud...

if you combined orders to get to the final number, don't you have multiple listings with which to print labels?

If you combined 3 items you should be able to print 15 labels....(5 X 3) No?

You can upload 5 tracking numbers per transaction @monica-sells, not per item. So if the buyer paid for 30 items with one payment, that's still one transaction.

OP can purchase additional labels elsewhere and send tracking to the buyer through eBay messages. It's all they can do at this point.
