Amazon delivery speed is getting Faster but eBay delivery speed is almost coming to a standstill !!

Whichever smart alec suggested centralised eBay delivery is slowing down the already tortoise speed eBay speed. And eBay jolly well work on your customer service, what if within delivery date seller do not response and you are uncontactable? 

I paid up almost immediately on 19th July

my address is in Portland Oregon. 

Even from outer space, Moon would have arrived long ago. I dun even have a tracking number and the expected arrival date is 28th July. What kind of joke is this?  Even if now is the era of the 19th century would have arrived.

No, you don't need to mention that: The sale date is clearly shown as June 21 in the global Shipping program screenshot, so it's obviously for a previous purchase, not the current purchase, which you await ... in vain.

Exactly, and I did receive a WARNING for using the word "River", because It's implied advertising for a competitor website. Loooooool!!!

GSP listings say that the item is being sent via 'International Priority Shipping'  which is a generic term. Note that the USPS is not mentioned. The seller uses their choice of shipping to Kentucky and then the gsp uses their choice of shipping to the buyer's location.  I agree that the term Priority is misleading to buyers.

If USPS Priority is being used the listing will state USPS Priority Mail International.

So that June 21 purchase has remained at the GSP shipping center for over 30 days now, according to the last line on that screenshot, which is confirmed as well when you check that tracking number?

Yes because I provided too much proof they even they confess be it First Class Or Priority it's still 3 weeks and I mentioned with today's technology of laser fusion propulsion traveling to Mars  takes only 3 days. Yet on Earth we can't even iron out delivery within a country which is not the largest in the world.
