Hi @bosur6433 . If you already made a purchase with the incomplete address you will need to go to your purchase history page and use the "contact seller" option to make this request.
If the seller already shipped then it's too late and all you can do is work with your local post office and ask them to hold the package for pickup to make sure it's not returned to sender for an insufficient address.
For future purchases you'll want to edit both your registration and shipping addresses on this page: Account Settings: Addresses
