Additional shipping option not showing up in listing

When listing an item for sale I offered Parcel Post shipping (based on location)

and offered Priority Mail as an optional shipping service.

The listing only shows the first shipping option.

How do I fix that? Tnx.

eBay's policy is to show the more expensive shipping option only if the delivery time is fastr according to eBay's own secret formula for delivery time.

When you look at your own listing, you see the cost and delivery time to ship to a buyer in your own ZIP Code. You might see both options if you plug in a ZIP Code for Hawaii.

Parcel Select Ground costs about the same as Priority Mail; there's no much point in offering both except for really heavy items.

So there is no way around this I'm guessing? The items I ship are very lightweight and I do not offer tracking with as I would loose money for each transaction. I need to be able to offer an additional option the buyer can choose to pay for so that I can pay the higher shipping fees to provide tracking. Once again ebay is making things worse for sellers...
