I have a shipment that is affected by the tracking bug in the pinned post. But the following was not mentioned in the pinned post so I want to make other users and eBay aware:
Example: Tracking 9400108105462965480390
As is known, the USPS website shows an old shipment, well before my sale, starting in Los Angeles, CA being delivered to Pflugerville, TX.
BUT, eBay's "correct" tracking shows the item correctly leaving from my city, but actually still going to Pflugerville, TX when it should be going to Illinois.
The most recent tracking update from yesterday is:

MIS-SHIPPEDPFLUGERVILLE, TX 78660So I say this to point out that this is not only a tracking bug. Items are actually being sent to the wrong destination. kyle@ebay
Hey @geniusboy91 I believe this is part of what our Shipping team was referring to in the most recent update of that pinned post you mentioned. I've seen one other instance where the tracking stated "mis-shipped" and within 24 hours it was back on track to the correct location. Can you let me know if yours has updated in the last couple of hours?
