Why do they change things and make it worse???? I go into Manage Orders/Awaiting Shipment and select all and do the shipping action Add Tracking and now the screen it goes to is all changed and doesn't show the record number in the list of orders waiting for shipping. 😞 I used that to search for the order and quickly add tracking and than update them all at once. Why eBay why???? Don't fix what isn't broken. I see no benefit in this new version of the update tracking number tools. When you have 200 orders waiting on tracking how am I supposed to search through this easily to add the number? The other way wasn't great but at least it had the order number (albeit not in numerical order??? ). You need to ask your merchants about stuff like this before you go changing it and get some feedback. Seriously. SMH.
