Iam shipping a parcel to the USA.
Trying to update my account details to include "ID Number".
Here in Quebec I get an "invalid" ebay response.
Type of ID is "Driver's Licence" When I enter my drivers Licence number I get a "Enter a valid government-issued ID"
Help!

Looks like you've been listing on both .com and .ca - your recent sale was on .com. Are you trying to purchase postage and verify your ID on the .com site or the .ca site @wilpod6 ?

I’m not sure why you are being asked for ID when you are trying do a label. It sounds as if you are trying to sign up for Managed Payments. But whether you are trying to do that or trying to print a shipping label you need to first sign into eBay.ca and do it from there even though you listed on .com.
There is a sellers forums .on ca so if you can be more specific about your problem there are more sellers there who can answer Canadian specific questions. Right now you are on a discussion forum on .com so the majority of sellers here are in the US. https://community.ebay.ca/t5/Seller-Central/bd-p/213
