I recently printed a shipping label for an item that I sold and selected regular USPS. The label printed, then I noticed that the buyer had selected priority mail so I printed a label for priority and mailed my package. I did not use the regular USPS label. Is there a way to get credit for that?

You can void the unused one, using the drop-down menu. See Seller Hub/Orders/Shipping labels. Note that it takes about 10-14 days for the voided label to be credited. Good luck.

You can void an unused eBay postage label up to 5 days after purchase.

This solution was explored however the shipping screen showed both labels as shipped and did not offer the void option. I'll just chalk it up to experience and try not to print two labels again.

I've never had a problem voiding a label. Not sure how eBay metrics will deal with the unused active USPS label not showing a scan nor delivery. Not sure if a buyer can enter the "undelivered" USPS tracking number and win an item not received case against you. Sometimes sellers intentionally have multiple packages for one order.

Don't go by the shipping screen, take a look at the label management page.
