I used the shipping tool to print multiple shipping labels, but I unfortunately put the wrong label on two packages (customer A received the package for customer B, and customer B received the package for customer A)...
I contacted both customers, and they understand the situation, and both would like the original items that they bought. I want to email them each a shipping label so that they can have the least amount of hassle...
Does anyone know how best to do this??
Both items are small and weigh less than 3 ounces, and I want to use first class with tracking number....

I don't know that answer, and probably someone does (purchase direct from USPS website, but still not sure how you would 'email' them)-
I would suggest purchase on USPS website, print and snail mail them the corrected labels.

Pay to have the items shipped back to you, then you ship them to the correct buyers.

Have both buyers send both items back to you. It is risky to have them ship to the other person. A few years ago I received men's tennis shoes instead of a bottle of perfume. The seller reimbursed us for shipping to each other. I did send the man his shoes, but he sent me a cheap t shirt instead of the 200.00 perfume. It was a disaster for the seller. About a month later I saw him selling that perfume --by way of a saved search. I reported it, and of course nothing was done. I felt horrible for the seller since they had to issue me a refund.
