I am trying to finish a return. The seller wanted some info for the return. We messaged back and forth a few times and I need to send one more message. But when I send this message I get a page that says this:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/rtn/Return/SendMessage" on this server.

And it shows some long reference number. I tried replying on two different computers, but got the same message. Also tried logging out and logging back in, but no luck. How do I respond to this seller or get around the access denied page?
