Accepting return, no return policy

I was wondering if anyone can advise me, I sold a NWOT skirt i had sitting in my closet forver, the buyer is requesting a return stating the has "a bad smell". The skirt was delivered 11 days ago, and I did wash before sending. The thing is, I wash my clothing with Free & Clear detergent because I am allergic to detergents. So i know the detergent itself leaves a just clothes smell? No fragrances. Not sure how to explain. Im not so bothered by the smell dilemma,  but I am bothered by the fact that its going to be 2 weeks since she recieved the item and just noticed a smell? I do have a no return policy . But the time is bothering me and im wondering if she wore the skirt and will want to return it. Not sure how to handle this.

Did the buyer use Not As Described in her return request?  If so, you need to accept it.

Your listing has contradictions.  It says NWOT in the title but used in the Item Specs.

Washing it actually negates the NWOT claim.

Everyone has a “smell”. If the skirt has been “sitting in my closet forver” then it definitely has your scent on it from the other clothes you wear hanging near it in the closet.

Even though you washed it it can still retain your scent or take on your scent via the other clothes in the washer.

The skirt is not new if you washed it, the buyer must be sensitive to your smell and, expecting a store-fresh scent, was not happy.

Send a prepaid return label and refund in full. You can’t win this one.

A not as described claim.  The MBG overrides your no returns policy.  You would need to accept the return, sorry.
