when I open the Shipping Box and open the Shipping Bag the Pieces fell from the Bag.

I purchase THOUSANDS of dollars of Products from EBay. This is un expectable ..I will Ship

it back to Seller and would like a Refund..

Contact the seller. If they won’t work with you, open a ‘Not as Described’ case through the Resolution Center at the bottom of the page.

You just need to follow the correct steps as you only have one opportunity to return your item. Go to this item in your purchase history and open a return case for item not as described. It wasn't described as this so you are selecting the correct reason. Follow the prompts and wait for your return label to be sent to you. Make sure you repackage it using the same box and place your return label on it for tracking. The system will do the rest. You will be refunded in whole once the item returns to the seller.
