I've tried phone customer service and gotten nowhere. All they can say is "that's a different platform so we can't track it". Now, you do NOT need to go to the dreaded AMZN website in order to track the shipment. There IS tracking available.
Yes, I know the obvious answer is "stop using them" but since I store product there and they provide a shipping service AND their shipping service is in the shipping dropdown on Ebay I do not get why Ebay can't just correct the lack of tracking information. Someone needs to code it in, that's all.
The Logistics shipping service is getting bigger not smaller so burying your proverbial head in the sand and pretending they don't exist does not seem like a wise strategy to me.

eBay doesn't want sellers to use Amazon.

I HATE when I buy on eBay and it comes from them. That's an immediate hit to the sellers feedback.

@divwido Do you really leave a seller a negative if they store their own products in an Amazon Fulfillment Center warehouse and have Amazon pick, pack and ship their item? It's allowed.
Leaving a seller a negative for something they're allowed to do shouldn't result in negative feedback. Leaving a seller a negative because you don't like who put the package on your porch is asinine.
Leaving them a negative because the packing slip says GIFT is perfectly acceptable. Your post sounds like it doesn't matter, that they get a neg as soon as you see Amazon delivered your package. If that's what you do I disagree with that.

Sellers are allowed to use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment with no problem because the seller owns the products being stored in an Amazon warehouse. What is not allowed is buying the item on Amazon and have it delivered to your buyer after the buyer buys it from you.

Why would Ebay be worried about tracking from Amazon?
