I had found an item I was badly searching for and as I always do I paid it right away. My item was due to deliver April 22 2018. I always had a positive experience for the most part so I went on about my business. I had been watching the Tracking the whole time to see its movements for delivery. Right from day 1 I had saw on the tracking it stated " Label created, Not yet in system so being I wasnt sure what that meant I had called Ebay to ask. They had told me to wait until the deadline and if I needed help still to open a ticket. Right up until the deadline (which i screenshot) the Tracking was showing the same thing so I had opened up a ticket in Paypal. I knew I wasnt going to have a good outcome so I came online yesterday and left feedback for the seller which at this point (Wed Apr 25) yesterday the tracking still said "Label created , Not yet in system." Today (although any other messages went unanswered) the seller sent me 2 messages to my mail on ebay. The first one stated he would check with Usps and let me know. Less than an hour later he messaged me again claiming I got the item and telling me to recheck then agree to change my feedback.
I didnt know what he was getting at so I went on Usps again to check tracking. 😲 Magically the tracking now says "Delivered Apr 4 2018. Heres where I am confused... How does a tracking right up until April 25th say "Label Created, Not yet in system and Now it says delivered April 4th?? The day after I leave my feedback.
Also I went to reply to his message to tell him that No, I 100% Did not recieve my item and now when I do it wont allow me to send it? Says "my message did not go through, try again later". I thought maybe it was sensitive and didnt want the percent sign in there so I erased it, rewrote it and left it out. Still Im not allowed to send a message.
