I dropped off a computer I had ordered, $115 originally with an rma label sent to me pasted on. I handed it to the window clerk who apparently did not scan it as there has been no tracking, it was dropped off Monday. Is it possible that it was scanned if there has been no tracking? What are other possibilities?

You say you pasted the label on. How did you secure the label exactly? Could it have come off? Could it have gotten wet somehow and become unreadable?

I thoroughly taped the label on the parcel, the window clerk accepted it but was busy so did not scan it.

There have been a few occasions where I've sent packages that were actually scanned, but nothing at all showed until delivery, and then all the scans showed up at once. Why that happens, I don't know.
Hopefully that's what's going on here. As you know, lack of tracking doesn't necessarily indicate something has happened to the package, but if you need a delivery scan, then that doesn't matter.
Maybe try putting a trace on the package or check with your local PO to see if they can trace it internally and correct the tracking. They can see things internally that we can't using online tracking.

The seller gave me the refund today; no tracking whatsoever on a rma, priority shipment. I handed it to the local postal lady at the po as she was busy; they say they scan everything which is not totally true. No tracking anywhere on this one.
