I hope EBAY will add the following address to the blacklist. This is a shipping company and many people use illegal credit and gift cards to buy items on the site and send to this address. So this is not a real buyer's address, I hope you can handle it and avoid losses

It’s a freight forwarder company

There are international eBay buyers who use freight forwarders located in the US. Besides Delaware, Oregon is another location because neither of those states have state sales tax.
As a seller, when you've been paid, you ship your item to the freight forwarder's address, supplied to you by the buyer when he pays. Once the FF receives the package, he sends it on to the buyer's home address. You, the seller, are only responsible for the safe arrival of the item at the address of the FF.
Don't know what kind of experience you had that led you to your remarks about this FF, but as far as eBay is concerned, that IS a legitimate shipping address. Feel free to return and tell us the entire story.

I no longer actively sell here, but when I was, I had many successful sales to freight forwarders on both coasts and never had a problem with them. Direct international shipments was another matter lol...

Nope. I have never had any problems shipping to freight forwarders.

Have no idea, but here's a frank and honest answer: Some people, like the OP here, have evidently had a bad experience as either a buyer or seller. Part of the reason for that is that perhaps they don't know what an FF is or don't know what to do.
And, not to get picky, but you are, of course, not selling to a freight forwarder, but to a buyer who uses a freight forwarder to receive international purchases.

Nope! I've never had an issue with a buyer who used a FF.

I don't know where you got the idea that this freight forwarder address is a scam but in fact, it appears to be one with the fewest complaints. (Note that any address may have some issues with it, including residential addresses.)
Why are you so willing to give up a legitimate sale, one in which a buyer circumvented no rules and one that follows ebay policy?

I received feedback from international buyers. Because he used this company's freight forwarding service, his package was stolen by this company, resulting in the loss of his money and goods. Moreover, in the communication group of this company, many people use credit cards and gift cards obtained by fraud to buy goods, and then lie that they have not received the goods.

Your response makes no sense......
How did you receive feedback from a potential international customer regarding this particular address?
The only way you would know is if a buyer purchased an item from you, and this was the ship address, and you scrutinized the address prior to shipping. (which is a good thing to do from time to time)....The ship-to address had to be input by the buyer? Then the buyer told you they have stolen from him in the past...and yet he is still using them?
Moreover, what is a communication group?

You actually have MORE protection from INRs when a package goes to a freight forwarder; once it is delivered to that US address, your responsibility ends. Heck, you are also less likely to get a NAD return, because it is on the buyer to get it back to the FF. You only have to provide return postage from there.
