Hello, does anyone know how to set up their thermal label printer to print 3x2 labels. I have a Dymo Labelwriter 4XL that I was hoping to set up for these quick thank you stickers I was going to place in cards. It works perfectly fine for my 4x6 shipping labels. I tried my best to set up a 3x2 but it prints out 6, then pauses, then prints another 6 at a time all of them being blank. Any advice is much appreciated and if there is another printer that I should aquire, please let me know. Thank you!

Not sure if I can offer any help. But try this. So I have a Zebra GC420 printer. I use it with 4x6 rolls. Sometimes it would print one label, then skip a label (leaving it blank), then print on one, then skip on one. Thus wasting half of all my labels.
I found out it was a calibration problem with the printer. All I had to do was re-calibrate it. For the Zebra, you re-calibrate by pressing and holding onto the power button for a good number seconds until the light flashes. Then the printer will do it's thing moving the paper back and forth until it's done. That fixes the problem 100% of the time.
I'm guessing your printer might be the same since you change from feeding 4x6, then to 3x2. Figure out how to calibrate your printer and try that. Good luck

There is no standard 3"x2" label for the Dymo that I remember, but some are close. What Dymo label number are you trying to use?
Are you trying to print your stickers using the Dymo Label Software, or from some other source like a word processor?
