I bought a $500 computer part from Russia. The item shows as tracking number assigned but not accepted by Russia post yet after 26 days it hasn't moved and the seller doesn't reply to me anymore.
The ebay due date is 28 September and I doubt it will arrive by then.
What are my options on the due date? I need this part to finish building my PC so I can't wait forever
