$25 for shipping?

I initially paid $14 and change for shipping USPS, for an acrylic tray.  A few days later I got a notice from eBay that took another $11.19.  Seems a bit high to me.  $25 for shipping a tray??

Yes, if your dimensions ( out side of packaging not the dims of the item) and weight are wrong for  the item and the location it is going, you will be charged by USPS for the underpaid amount not eBay.

The notice was from USPS via email through eBay.

Looks like you shipped Priority mail - 

Please post the size of the box, weight and type of box.

did you use a regular box, a Priority box or a Flat Rate Box?

What was the zip code you shipped from and to?

Is it the Chanel Limited Edition Vanity Tray Organizer Black NEW?  Should not have been any where near $25.00 to ship.
