when changing add extra shipping option can not changing to paid.
if 1st option is free how to change additional to paid overnight shipping 
spent hour on this couldn't figure out.

when make first option fee than additional option cannot be changed paid overnight or 2 day shipping.what i m trying to do is:
1- free priority  free i ll pay shipping
2- overnight customer pays
