I recently purchased a set of rear panniers for my bicycle. Everything went smoothyly except for actually getting the items. The seller won't respond in any to help resolve this issue and eBay's "support team" isn't and doesn't. So, now that the carrier has accepted responsibility for the loss the seller's information (real name, address, phone, etc.) is required by the carrier for the carrier to pay for another shipment of the same items. Nothing but crickets from both the seller and eBay's "support team".
Thanks for nothing eBay. But you can bet I'm going to blast this message to everywhere and to anyone I can. I'm tired of having to fix the problems that I didn't create.

Did the tracking state that the package was delivered? Still in transit?
Did you file an item not received complaint?

Hmmm, sounds like you are quite upset! It stinks when things don't go well. Also is irritating as heck when one looks like they are going to or did lose money!
That said, is there a specific issue you'd like some help with? Reading between the lines (tire of having to fix problems) it sounds like this isn't the first time?
But there are things one can or should do and perhaps we (the volunteers here) can help you? eBay's MOney Back Guarantee (MBG) is one of the most buyer protective out there. The 'catch' however is that one has to play the game (follow the rules) the way eBay laid them out. Again, the Community here can help you if you wish.
Then again, just venting is fine too, I guess.😎

I am having a hard time figuring out what is going on
if you did not get something you are not required to do much but use the MBG
the MBG does not involve contacting your buyer or the carrier/shipper
its your money.............take control of the situation with the MBG...........the seller cant stop you from using the MBG.
please come back and let us know how to asits you in this matter
