Hi, I seemed to have ran into a problem with tracking a package that's being shipped through the GSP. Here's the tracking history according to ebay:
Ebay says they've shipped the package from their sorting plant in Erlanger, but the sub-tracking number remains to be the one the seller used to deliver the package to Erlanger. Did ebay really ship my package, or have they not done so yet? I've tried putting both the GSP tracking number (UPAAB000000285091001) and the sub-tracking number (9405509699939884704271) through USPS and Canada Post (I live in canada) tracking programs, but canada post says neither of the numbers are in their system. What should I do?
Thanks.

I wouldn't do anything.

USPS website shows 9405509699939884704271 as
April 19, 2018, 7:18 am
Delivered
ERLANGER, KY 41025
Your item was delivered at 7:18 am on April 19, 2018 in ERLANGER, KY 41025.
eBay shows it was just sent yesterday from Kentucky. It's Sunday and the item most likely hasn't reached Canada yet to be scanned in. You need to give the International tracking leg number a little time.
eBay is tracking it and it looks completely up to date, so I'm not sure why you think you are having a problem?

The USPS tracking number ends once it reaches the gsp Center as a different carrier is used from there until the package is handed over to Canada Post. It’s not unusual that there is no tracking shown for a few days so I don’t see that there is a problem at this point.
The gsp tracking number won’t work on the CP site ....only on eBay and the Pitney Bowes site. There usually is a way to get the actually CP tracking number on ebay once they have the package but I don’t remember exactly how I found it as I haven’t received a package from the gsp for a while.

Go to parcelmonitor.com and enter you UPAA tracking number. It'll give you what you want.

According to the Pitney Bowes tracking, your package has been shipped internationally, but it hasn't arrived in Canada yet. Once it arrives in Canada and is cleared through customs, it will be handed over to Canada Post, who will give it a CP tracking number when they receive it.
You can follow the tracking with more detail on the Pitney Bowes website https://parceltracking.pb.com/ using the UPAA number. Once Canada Post receives the package, there will be links on the PB tracking page that you can follow to the Canada Post tracking number.

If you are the seller you don't do anything including thinking about that package ever again.
