Our store is from Japan.
When we watch our store,  "0 results shown in all categories"  is displayed in our store.  We can't watch our items.
In eBay.com, the above occurs. In eBay.co.UK, no problem.
Buyers seems to watch our items in our site as usual. But we can't watch our items.
This phenomenon has been around since last Saturday.
It is the same phenomenon from any browser.

It's very inconvenient.
Do you have any idea?

When accessing with IP from Japan, I think that the display is changing.

I confirmed that it can be displayed by accessing from an IP other than Japan.

I know a similar case for this situation.

You will be able to search by changing the recipient country setting (the flag in the upper right, for example to the United States).

 

I don't think this issue is affecting all sellers from Japan. Some sellers.
