Can't access Collections Beta on IOS app

On my iphone 12, ios 16.3 i can't access Collection Beta (for sports cards).

from the safari browser on the iPhone I select Collections Beta and it takes me to this screen in the app

I then select See your collection and get this - there is nothing to select

Cross posted to sellers tools. Couldn’t find another/better spot. And haven’t received any response. 

is there a way to post multiple cards for sale without using collection beta or having to enter listings one at a time?

If eBay browser links are automatically opening in the eBay app and you do not want them to, you can change that.

In your browser, tap and hold the eBay link that opens in the app and you should see some options. Choose "do not open in the eBay app" to allow the link to open in your browser instead.
