I sold an item January 17, shipped it, and it has been received.
Since that date, the item still shows on my notifications (desk top and phone). On my desktop, whenever I sell something, it shows up again. Right now, I have 1 item to ship. My bell says I have 2 items to ship. The thumbnail shows that magazine and the other item. When I click the bell or go to ship my items, it isn't there.
On my phone, it shows up all the time as sold and I need to ship it, but when I click on it, it shows shipped.
Anyone else?

I see sellers report this sometimes. It appears to be an intermittent glitch where part of the system recognizes the item shipped and part of it doesn't.
Are you willing to archive the order to see if that will prevent it from appearing in your notifications?

Will that make it leave the orders page? If not, I see no problem with trying that.

It will be moved to your archived orders and accessible at link below. Can "unarchive" to move back to orders if it doesn't fix the notification.
