A couple of times i have been caught out with Orders not matching the Personalization details.
I sell dog bandanas so picture a buyer ordering a .blue bandana with white print and benny for the name to be printed That would be the personalization request. Then in the orders section it would say black bandana yellow print. I have attached a snip of the order ,this was the same order .. I have contacted ebay about this now twice after having buyers contact me and open item not as described and having to refund ,send new items and having defects on my account ,
The solution i was given was to email each buyer and confirm their order. We all know that some times its a 2 or 3 day wait for a buyer to reply so not a very helpful solution.
The agents both said they would open an IT ticket and let me know within 48hrs by email when it has been looked at. that was about two weeks ago and still no update.
