your ebay account has been permanently suspended

hello everyone, I can't solve the problem with my ebay account, I'm a seller of auto parts from Ukraine. When the war started in Ukraine, stamps and stickers with the sunken cop became very popular for sale, I sold stickers. In a couple of days, I sold a lot of them and ebay suspended my account and asked me to confirm where I bought the product, my passport, and confirmation of my address, I provided this information and my account was unblocked, I continued my activity. Then after 3-4 weeks, when the parcels started to arrive, 30 of them fell into the rain and I had to return the money to the buyers, as well as 5 parcels the buyers accidentally bought (they thought they were stamps and I was selling stickers), of course, I indicated all this in the ad and of course the price was appropriate.
And eBay asked me again for my passport, proof of residential address and purchase of goods.
I provided my passport, residential address and indicated in the comment box that I should clarify which product I need confirmation for, because at that time I had already sold many auto parts, and I put confirmation of this on the stickers, I still have it, but it is not logical to ask for it again. And so I was asked this three times, and three times in response I asked what exactly I needed confirmation for, because the corresponding letter has an expiration date and I physically could not send it to everything, after which my account was blocked forever.
I still can't get justice, no one answers me and in response they write that the decision is final.
Tell me where I can turn to? Because since the beginning of the war, I have been without money and work, and selling spare parts on ebay was my only income.

You are posting with the affected account.  Which is fine except it limits us in what we can see about the affected account.  So it makes helping you much harder.

From what you shared, what does "30 of them fell into the rain" mean?  The packages got wet?  If that is the case, it doesn't usually prevent them from getting delivered.   Where the 5 sales that were incorrect made to the same buyer or 5 different buyers? 

How many buyers filed claims on your account?

Problems with 35 sales in a short period of time is a whole lot of problems.  Especially on a small account.

Looks like you did very well with those sales. No negative feedbacks for those stickers, and no negative fb's for those that 'fell into the rain'. Did you have to cancel those transactions? If you used out of stock as the reason, you received a ding on your account for each one. Check your dashboard for those.

Permanently suspended is just that...permanent.

I'd reach out to eBay on one of their social media accounts. These are covered by eBay employees, who are well-trained, have some authority, and may be somewhat sympathetic.

At least to get the "permanent" moved down to "six months" or something similar.

If you can obtain them, poly or Tyvek envelopes are waterproof.

Then if the Social Media team was unable to assist you, it is unlikely anyone will be.  This may be a case of you are simply stuck where you are and won't be able to sell on Ebay again.
