wrong size

I took pics of blanket in packaging but 5 days after customer received it, I get a msg that the K sized item I advertised is only a F or TW size. Do I ask them to take pics of labels attached and the blanket or just tell them to return and I will refund after receiving? Do I have to pay the shipping when I mailed what I pictured. Never had a problem until now

     If they have not opened an official return request simply tell them you are sorry they are not happy with their purchase and to request a return and you will refund upon receipt of the returned item. Your original posting showed the item in the original package which was labeled as K size so not sure what more they could send you unless the item was opened before and there is a possibility that the actual blanket is not the one that was in the factory packing.

If you want to bother to pay for return shipping then have them file for a return as you are not going to win this one regardless of pictures to be taken.  Given that the blanket will now be out of the packaging I doubt it is worth the cost of the return and perhaps best just to cut your losses and simply refund.

thank you, I did receive pics she showed of "my" product laying on her bed folded because she couldn't measure otherwise. I escalated a review because her pics are of a completely different blanket that was washed out also. mine was in the pkg since Mom gave to me and that was back in the late '90s to early 2000s, so it's been folded (factory folded, you can tell from my pics) and the old one she measured has NO folds right after taking out of the pkg "before she washed"..it's quite obvious what she is doing now that I can see her pics so I called eBay, and its under review. I'm new at all this but not stupid. Anyway, thank you for your help. I hadn't seen her pics yet when I asked my questions

She finally posted some pics and they are NOT of the blanket I sent so I called eBay, mine was brand new and still folded with the old style  rolled selvage edges they used to do, she showed something white instead of blue and flattened selvages and a washed out appearance. Clearly, this is a scammer and I reported this to eBay. Thank you for your help.

Did you escalate from an actual filed not as described return?

yes because my pics show exatly what is sent and her pics show something washed and not the same, I was told to send a return label and inspect it when it comes back to me. (by Ebay)
