Would someone check for me?
I came home to a nasty message from a prospective buyer accusing me of trying to trick her.
Item number is:
183264165620
She accused me of listing the item as free shipping but then covertly charging shipping as a way to scam innocent buyers and threatening to report me to ebay for somehow hiding the shipping cost from Ebay and buyers until after they pay in order to scam money from both ebay and innocent buyers.
I see shipping charged on the original listing. Ebay said they see shipping clearly charged but she is screaming that her computer shows free shipping.
I'm at a loss as to what to think.
Her state is California.
Thank you kindly for your help and time.

I can't understand how that got turned on since I've never used it before. It's probably my mistake but then I awakened to find a bunch of my listings changed to best offer and a couple with offers and messages explaining to me how Ebay said i have to accept best offers.
This place is getting kind of rough and nasty when buyers feel ok messaging sellers calling them names and telling them what they have to take for their goods or they will report them as scammers.
Thank you all kindly for your help.
The buyers are confused. You may have to accept that eBay adds best offer to the listings, but you of course do not have to accept any offers.

Even with cookies off, it still shows the $14.xx shipping.
Perhaps another one of those buyers that figures if they scream loud and long enough, they will get something for nothing.

Maybe that is what she is seeing,
This is the issue. I've actually seen it MULTIPLE times, the listing will show Free Shipping in the search, but will show a shipping amount when you click into the ad. It happens mainly in the apps, but I've seen it in the browsers on my desktop.
If I go to the shipping calculator in the listing, reenter my zipcode (it's already there) and hit calculate it will show the same shipping amount, but then if I do the same original search it will now show the correct shipping in the search screen. It's a bug.

Apologies for the blank post. It was accidental.
She sent the message before purchasing. I don't know if my price was lowest or good. I just sort of guess.
The silly part is that if she had not called me a scammer and accused me of somehow using trickery to covertly hide shipping charges from all these innocent buyers and ebay, I'd have been happy to ship the clothes to her as free shipping since it was a problem with Ebay apparently?
Instead she has now let me know not only am I a scammer but I am also "Not cool." And that it was polite to call me a scammer since it was "the truth" and I "better try opening my eyes" cause people don't have to put up with "scammers".
Lordy, I'm going to bed because today surely isn't my day.
Thank you all kindly for your help and time.
