why is there a difference between actual number of feedback vs number shown by user name?

Wondering why total actual feedback is significantly more than what's shown next to user name...all is positive, no negative

Multiple transactions with the same member in the same week will only count as one in your score.  eBay's week is Monday through Sunday.

Multiple feedbacks from the same user in one calendar week only count as one. Been this way for years. That’s my understanding. If wrong, feel free to correct. I’m not sensitive 😀
