You've got 8 days left on the Auction. It could very well do better by then. Hang in there!

Why do you think your item is "doing poorly"?  You are in day 2 of a 10-day auction.   It's far too soon to tell how this auction will go.

If you are worried about bidding, and you have an amount in mind that you wish to sell your item for, then list it fixed price and not auction.  As others stated, you have 8 days left on the auction, though, so your concern is confusing.

buyers dont start serious bidding until the last hour because it only drives the price up to bid at all before then.

Auction prices are determined at the end of the auction, not at the start.

eBay buyers have no incentive to bid early.
