when opening a second account, do i use the same email?

i think i want to open a second account to sell some stuff in a different category than what i currently sell, but i have a couple of questions that i can't readily find the answers to. mainly, they revolve around emails addresses. do i use the same email as i use for my current/main account? likewise, do i use the same paypal email for payments that in currently have linked? thanks in advance for any help.

You need  a separate different email address

You can use the same banking information, credit card, paypal accounts.

You can use all the same personal information (name, address, bank, etc.) and the same PayPal account, but each eBay ID must have its own email address.  If you tried to set up a  second account using the email you're using for the original account, you'd get an error message.

When you set up a listing, the payment section will automatically fill in your eBay email as the PayPal email address, but you can change that to any email address which is attached to your PayPal account.

well, that was an ordeal--and kind of scary. first, it wouldn't verify my verification code to post a listing. worked through that with cs on chat in the new account. got that done and got a test item listed--within seconds, it was pulled, new account suspended, and i received the "permanent suspension" email--which noted my regular account would also get the death sentence with no appeal. i jumped over to this account and got back on chat--new cs rep reviewed everything and reinstated the new account before anything could happen to my established account. now i'm afraid to use the new one...lol--don't want to lose my regular account. **bleep**, i was sweating there for a few minutes. they never did find what the problem was--review showed all info was the same (except for the registered email, as is required). ok, if you never see me on the boards again, you'll know what happened to me...lol.
