Since you only have 16 items listed a store wouldn't make sense.

Plus, since you seem to be fairly new you probably have monthly selling limits, those limits will not be increased with a store.  
Sellers with Stores have the option to create coupons and markdown sales.

For new sellers there is no need for a store until you have enough items to make it worthwhile. Sellers gets 250 free listings a month. If you need more than that, that is when you consider possibly opening a store. Store subscriptions vary and are charged monthly.

For new sellers it is rarely a good idea to have a store.  Your first priority should be to learn how to create listings and sell stuff.  Learn the basic rules on Ebay.  Jumping in with a store is likely going to cause you just to waste money.  Since you are asking this question, it is clear you need to first learn the basics.  

Do you know how many free listings you get each month?  How many listings do you estimate you will be running in any given month?  Two important questions to have answers to before even considering a store.
