I received an email from ebay telling me I am now eligable to have my selling limit increased. When I applied on the ebay.co.uk I was informed that I had to do it from the ebay site I was registered with....so I went to the ebay.com website and applied for a selling limit increase from there, but was informed to contact from the website I was registered with - so it ended up in a loop. HOW do I find out WHICH ebay website I am registered on?

This is a US community discussion forum. You may be better served by logging out of ebay.com and logging back into ebay.com/uk/ Here's a community forum link that may be helpful:

Good luck getting the help and advice you need.

Hi @rockolaray
I see you are registered in Thailand, here is one link below. You can probably login to that site.

You have received feedback on this account for selling, so my guess would be that you need to make sure this one is setup. Not sure how you have your other UK account setup as we cannot see it, so cannot see what country you show that you live in on that one. If that account shows that you live in the UK but don't, that could be an issue. Like in the USA, non-residences can sign-up and sell on eBay.com, but have to show their actual county of residence.

Try this link and see if it helps you accomplish your higher selling limits. If that doesn't work, you can always contact Ebay directly.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
