what's with the duplicate posts?

I see 3 or 4  exact  duplicare posts , at least, every visit. Such as......

That is just what I all a ghost post......

sometimes a user hits to enter it, nothing happens, so they hit it again or it takes a while for the buffer to catch up so it duplicates a post - notice the exact time of the post, basically just a hiccup.

I see two quite often... one at the bottom of the page and a ditto when I push arrow forward to the top of the next page.
