It is good to do research, but not good to solely depend on it. In regards to your use of the word Barbie. Yes there are all kinds of listing out there than use the name when they shouldn't and they don't get the listing closed. However that is no insurance that they won't nick you for it.
I use to sell all kinds of Barbie patterns. Books and leaflets. I sold a series leaflets done by Annie's Attic that was specifically for Barbie dolls. They were licensed and Barbie was pictured on the leaflets. I still got nicked by Ebay once for a couple of patterns. I had to take Barbie out of the title of all my patterns, yet other sellers selling the same thing did not. There is not logical answer to how or when they do this. It can happen to you at any time.

OOAK is not your issue. The word Barbie in the title is because you are NOT selling a Barbie product. You are selling a Fashion Doll outfit.

Why would you want to opt out of International shipping? Using EIS we as sellers have very little exposure and Ebay takes on the vast majority of the risk to include return.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

Where did you get a phone number to call Ebay? Don't EVER search the internet for the number as it will most likely be a scam site. There are a lot of them out there.
