what did ebay do to the promotion page. all bulk edit functions and end options are now gone unless you do it manually item by item. you can not END volume discounts either, only pause them.
bulk editing ALL LISTINGS FROM THE MANAGE LISTINGS page to remove volume discounts does not do BLEEP either.
to top it all off, all volume discounts are set with a 2022 end date. BLEEP?
