not my item but people turn to me because I used to sell.

a fairly common shirt, not Chanel or Balenciaga etc etc....

the bidding started at 24.00 and is up to $300

the seller is freaking out. She is also pretty sure that someone is playing a game?

I have no advice!

I have had clothing and other things end at crazy prices before. No clue as to why at the time. After I look around and usually find out. It could be something as simple as a switched UPC or whatever. Have them enjoy the sale. Heck, I had 3 broken Hotwheels sell for 200 dollars once. The reason was the color and body style. All someone had to do was get tires and a few other things and they had 1000 dollars in hot wheels.

I once had a plastic soap dispenser shoot up from $10 to $96 after a celebrity used one on TV.

there is another top/jumper out there.....that has a BIN of $355

the sellers says this is a "prototype"

yes buyer paid immediately!

it really was one of those mystery auctions and what's amazing is that people find them...

she did not have the word prototypye in the title....( I scold her for using "must see!!) in some of her auction titles....but

she was shocked and so was I

but I am happy for her as well!!

she basically sells used clothing and various other things...lists some things BIN and sells them within hours....what?? is that??

Well, I'm amazed she can actually sell used clothing here. Several of us have tried and given up after a few failed attempts. Maybe she puts a $20 bill in the pocket of each garment.

From what I can tell that brand and style of garment usually sells for $150-ish on the higher end. $300 is a nice score- good for your friend! I hope the rest of the transaction goes smoothly.
