what does it mean on eBay "relist with fees"

I went to cancel a transaction for a customer before I shipped it and when I hit the box "Buyer asked to cancel the order." It says "submit and relist with fee's."

Is this new? I don't remember seeing this before.

Anybody know what the fee's are and how much?

Are there fees even if I have a store?

Is this another money grab by eBay?

just ignore it! if you want to relist it go to your end items list or your draft folder,if that does not work then re do the listing as new but make sure it is a little different?

If you have "free" listings remaining for your store subscription, ebay will use one of those.  If not, you will be charged for the relisting.
