Wait, how on earth could someone be texting you?

Hi @katduf-35
Delete and ignore them. Put the losers’ on your Blocked Bidders List.
Good luck in selling! 😊

Do as others suggested regarding adding to your BBL. Not sure how they got your phone number to be able to text but simply block the number on your phone. If they are being abusive with the eBay emails you can always report them.

I was reading old forum posts not long ago, and in one a seller had received a message from a prospective buyer complaining about the price of an item. The buyer said "the last one sold for $XXX (evidently somewhat lower than the current seller's asking price)". The seller's response was short and sweet--and priceless: "you should have bought that one." As the seller reports, surprisingly, the buyer responded with "lol, I guess you're right".

I offer to help them shop, referring them to other sellers with the same or similar item at a lower price. It doesn't happen to me often, but has resulted in sales for me as well as positive feedback.

I would not respond to them at all, but if I was getting a bunch of messages and no sales, I might look at my prices to see if they had a point.
For instance you want $340 for a 1921 Morgan Silver Dollar from the Philadelphia mint that is in circulated condition when those can be bought all day long for just over the spot price of silver. $30 to $40 dollars is what those are selling for all over eBay and other sites. No idea about your other items as I don't care to spend time looking, but that one caught my eye.
