I was left negative feedback by XXXX who accused me of stealing his credit card information. ebay has not responded or removed the feedback
I went out of my way to ship a pickup only item only to spoil my reputation.

Let the buyer know that a seller doesn't have access to their card information and no way you could charge any more.
Since you had it as local pick up, I would have left it at that.

When eBay did not take action, you / we can do nothing about it, unfortunately.
False negative feedback hurts the Seller AND eBay.
Why eBay does not take action?

Your reply to that feedback is confusing to me and doesn’t make any sense.

How did the buyer pay for the shipping if it was not on the listing? (local pickup)

Did you have his credit card information?
Your reply to his feedback kinda sounds like somehow along the way, they gave their CC# to the FedEx employee for the shipping charges… or did I get that wrong.

I did it quickly and was upset after we went out of our way and spent a whole day with him on the phone trying to get it shipped to him

I did it for him, long story, buyers buy pickup only items then ask questions later and being a nice guy I try and accommodate, no more

I am glad I did not sell it on my other id, accusing someone else of using their credit card to me is cold blooded. my name can be blasted but his cannot. 20 + years and no help, only automated resposes

remarks like that should be removed asap and buyer should be suspended, I went well out of my way for this guy, 20+ years, never again

of course not

it just should be removed asap, not to linger for all to see.
even worse, he thanked me for like an hour for being able to mail it

I probably will be done with pickup only items, not worth the slander,

yes and I sent him the receipt, hes just wacky, I should've just cancelled, not worth the $75 and the day

Sometimes trying to help someone is not worth it, especially when you take payment (shipping) outside of eBay. I would assume the buyer will eventually dispute the charges on his credit card.
Sorry to hear about it and hopefully it will end with just negative feedback.
-Good luck
