I am trying to join and participate in the current ongoing chat today at 1pm but there is not "reply" button to access the chat>  How do I join an ongoing chat?

The chat will be open for questions from 1-2 pm PT.

Thank you, I didn't realize it was PT time - do I just go back to the the same area where I saw it posted under GROUPs - Weekly Chat With Ebay Staff" and then the "reply" button will be available at that time?
