between the 4 unpaids a week, 3 more canceling 10 seconds after the auction, and ebay stopped caring if people pay long ago, we need a better site. start taking the money out of their acct and into mine and for good measure, i keep the item. that'll stop this. at this point it's just laughable. but no i get to relist, get charged .35c while the buyers open a new acct to do it all over again.  i won an auction today, you know what i did? i paid!!! ebay, you've lost me, and a lot more til it's too late.

not the point. i need money week. i don't have time to list buy it now and wait 6 months, but thanks for sticking up fot buyer and part of the problem.

Almost every UID complaint I've seen in the past two years have been for auctions.

They are down to 15% of listings and most sellers opt to add a Buy It Now price.

The 2019 buyer wants to see, buy, pay and receive.

Why do you think people pay $99 a year for "free shipping" from AZ?

Why do you think eBay is pushing Guaranteed Delivery times?

The customer likes it.

Particularly your customer demographic.  I've been in fandom since the 1950s, and fen are .... intense. When they want it now, they mean yesterday. And quite possibly believe that you have a time machine to make it happen.

Bid on the Thing, don't win immediately because it's an auction, move on.

Your Funko Pop bobbleheads have a market price on eBay.  Research it.

You are welcome to complain about non-paying buyers, but not to complain when your fellow sellers tell you how to fix the problem.

I'll disagree here - some sellers prefer to use auctions to clear stock and they have that right - hopefully Ebay will have the ability to institute an immediate payment on all auctions and BOs just like Posh does. I'm sitting on 3 BOs now that were accepted and I have to wait to relist.

Although BIN with immediate payment is preferable - you are alienating buyers who prefer auctions or a little haggling. 

Since auctions and BOs are offered - Ebay needs to address the payment problems - as other venues have.
