please can you tell me where I will send an e-mail for help because I can not verify my contact details requested by EVAY because it sends me the code on the landline that does not receive text.Tank you

There should have been an option (I've used it in the past), where you identify the type of service; text, SMS, or voice (landline) number that you want the code sent to.
I have verified the code using the voice option.
