user created same day as they bought my item

I was selling an item and the person who won the auction's account was created the same day as purchase. It has been two days since they won and haven't paid. What should I do?

They have 4 days to pay.

If they don't, on the 5th day cancel the order for nonpayment.

Also, don't use auctions. I do $13,000 a month in sales, including Pokemon cards and I haven't run an auction in 9 years. Price the item right and it will sell once the right buyer sees it. Many buyers ignore auctions entirely and the same items consistently bring much less at auction listings.
