how do i send a buyer a screenshot or photo of proof of delivery?

the tracking showing delivered is all you need

Send them a message, click on the highlighted button to add a picture

And/or just send them a link to the carrier tracking page.

I had two tracking numbers. UPS tracking which ended up at the PO and the PO delivered it to a locker. Trying to get Ebay and the customer to look at the PO tracking to prove it has been delivered but then the customer files a claim saying they haven't received it.

I was super weird. It was a magazine that couldn't be mailed as media mail which was fine and when I purchased the shipping label it was supposed to be USPS and printed as UPS. So then UPS delivered it to the PO and that is where it stopped for the UPS tracking. But if I check the USPS tracking it shows it was delivered to a lock box showing as delivered.

I guess what Im asking is how to I show Ebay that it was delivered? It just says the case is on hold
