Or you can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.

Go to seller help. Scroll down to additional help needed. Enter the closest that they offer as the reason you need help, and eventually a chat assistant will pop up. Enter "phone call" in the chat, and you will be offered a phone call; usually within 2 minutes, and a real, living and breathing human being will call you...and they really do try to help!

I have been trying to update sellers account . Just trying to sync phone numbers has been going on for months. I use a laptop and a phone. And most of the time when the bot method happens, I have to wait.
This time, I did try every method from chat to the phone call and nothing......
They sure as hell got my buying method straightened out first. Thanks ....
